As an urban planner and landscape architect, Robert Egan brings 30 years of award winning experience to the challenge of complex, large scale planning projects. Mr. Egan believes in the process of total integrated planning, utilizing a multi-disciplinary team approach for each project. His experience involves all phases of urban and community planning including master planning, conceptual and detailed design, administration, and project management. He has planned, designed, and managed projects throughout the United States, Israel, Taiwan, China, Vietnam, and Cambodia. His work has received over fifty national and regional awards for planning and design excellence and has been published in a wide variety of professional journals and periodicals.


JAMES ROBERT LAMB (Bob)
Director
Peter Li Mr. Lamb brings to The Placemakers a variety of experiences. The past 20 years have been spent in the amusement industry. His varied amusement experiences include being a general manager of amusement parks in both the United States and China. He has been responsible for construction of one of the largest park systems in China, consulted on construction of others and most recently is involved in construction of the largest indoor amusement facility in China. Mr. Lamb's extensive construction experience in the U.S. and Asia provides The Placemakers with knowledge and skills necessary for completion of turnkey projects.


JOSIE YEN

HSIU Chin Chen Ms. Yen has more than 10 years of experience as a landscape architect which embraces a wide variety of both public and private projects. She has designed and managed projects in Taiwan, Mainland China, and Vietnam and currently manages our China projects while overviewing construction documentation for all Placemaker work. Her extensive design research and travel within the region has been particularly helpful in our ability to blend Eastern and Western planning and design traditions in our projects. A significant portion of her time is now spent in assisting clients in construction and design quality maintenance through close coordination with a projects construction team. Her knowledge of local construction techniques has proven to be a key factor in our ability to continually bring projects in on schedule and budget. This has resulted in a high percentage of repeat work in China and Taiwan for this firm.
