This major mixed use project in the Pudong area of Shanghai is located within a short distance from the new Shanghai Airport. Water, in various configurations, is the main unifying design element. Two fifty story towers set within a regional retail center xanchorx the south end of the project to a future rapid transit station. Low, medium, and high-rise residential uses are complemented by high tech facilities, an art academy, and a conference and exhibition center.
