FIRM STRUCTURE
Our staff of professionals is structured into planning and design studios. A Director and Project Manager are involved with the project from inception through client acceptance. We have full support functions of project management, word processing, and CADD.
SERVICES
PLANNING/URBAN DESIGN We offer services in land planning providing a framework for decision making that is sensitive to economic and political factors as well as physical and natural systems. The firm has extensive experience in land use, site planning, and urban design at both the project and regional level.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE
A full range of services in landscape architecture provides unique landscape designs that are both functional and sensitive to natural systems. We have completed a wide range of projects including urban plazas, residential, highway corridors, civic projects, resorts and parks.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Placemakers provide a systematic approach to the complete project delivery strategy before the first drawings are started. We become the client's agent. The Project Manager, with authority from the client, will exercise control of COST, QUALITY, CONTRACTOR SELECTION, SCHEDULE, DESIGN INTENT AND INFORMATION PROCESSING.
PROJECT FINANCING
The Placemakers work with a variety of substantial international funding resources for project financing on projects that we feel are economically realistic. We assist the client and/or developer in coordinating this aspect of the project. Minimum funding amount is 30 million US dollars and is available for private and public clients.
